When and how many capsules of One Life's Advanced Anti-Oxidant should I be taking?

Take 3 capsules daily with food as a dietary supplement. It is better to spread your dosages out throughout the day. If you feel a cold coming on, you may increase to 2 capsules three times per day. Follow these directions or use as directed by a healthcare professional..

Why the added Echinacea and Garlic?

I’ve heard if you take Echinacea every day, you can become immune to it.

There was one small study done that indicated this to be the case.  However there are two flaws with the study and therefore its conclusion.  First, the participants took huge doses of straight Echinacea every day.  More than any reasonable person would.  Secondly, several other research groups have tried to repeat the study and have not been able to obtain those results (regardless of the amount of Echinacea taken each day).
